We started Nakama Collectables because buying figures in India meant guessing what would actually turn up at your door. Every figure we sell is checked by hand, described honestly, and packed so it arrives the way you saw it.
Nakama means “comrades” in Japanese — the crew you’d sail anywhere with. That’s how we see every collector who shops with us.

Shipping, returns & FAQ
How long does delivery take?
3–7 working days for most PIN codes. You get tracking on email and WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
How do I know what I’m getting?
Every listing describes the figure, its box and its condition honestly, with real photos. We check each piece before it ships, and if it doesn’t match the listing, you get a full refund.
What if my figure arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you.
Can I return a figure?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Pre-owned and box-damaged items are final sale unless they don’t match the listing.
Do you take requests for figures not listed?
Yes — use the contact form with the topic “Request a figure” and we’ll try to source it.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship to every PIN code in India.
