Pre-order questions
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are fully refundable until the order-by date. After that, cancellations get the deposit back as store credit. (Edit this policy in app/(store)/preorders/page.js.)
What if the release is delayed?
Makers sometimes push dates. We’ll tell you as soon as we hear, and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is more than 3 months.
Will the final price change?
No — the price you reserve at is the price you pay, even if the import cost goes up.
Can I combine pre-orders into one shipment?
Yes. Message us with your order numbers and we’ll hold items that release close together and ship them in one box.
